General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Kindly get the semen analysis done and look for the improvement after finishing the prescribed antibiotic course. If still infection persists, you need to get semen culture and sensitivity test done to know which antibiotic the organisms are sensitive, so that appropriate course of it can be taken.

Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
